Exchanges and Returns:
- We do not accept exchanges on any promotional deal items, discount codes, or clearance. All these items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
- We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to it being defective or damaged, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Must email email@example.com for return approval within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Please include order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it..
- We are not responsible for not reading before purchasing.

- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All shipping fees are excluded from refund should the customer choose to return an item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
